These terms cover https://lilzib.lovable.app, run by Lil Zib LLC. Placing an order means you accept them.
Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we charge your card and email you a confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, or a price is listed wrongly, we may cancel it and refund you in full.
Prices and charges
Prices are in US dollars. The total you will be charged is shown before you pay, including any optional extras you have ticked. Anything offered after your first payment is charged separately to the same card and always shows its price before you accept.
What you are buying
Physical items are yours. The music on them is not. You are buying a copy for your own listening, and that does not give you the right to reproduce, distribute, sell, sample, stream, or use the recordings commercially. All recordings, artwork, and writing on this site remain the property of the artist.
Digital downloads
Downloads are for you. Please do not repost or share the files. We may withdraw access if they are distributed publicly.
Your account details
Give us accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for orders that do not arrive because the address was wrong.
Availability
We may change or withdraw any offer at any time. Doing so does not affect an order already placed and paid for.
Liability
We are responsible for delivering what you paid for. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law in your country, including the right to a refund for faulty goods.
Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not deprive you of protections you have at home. Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email lilzib@lilzibsnook.com. Almost everything is quicker to fix directly.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you order.
