Shipping policy

Cost

The CD is free. You pay shipping, which is $9.95 within the United States and $19.95 everywhere else. Anything you add afterwards ships in the same order at no extra shipping cost.

Timing

Orders are packed within a few days and usually arrive within 7 to 10 days inside the United States. International orders take longer, commonly two to four weeks, and occasionally longer depending on customs.

Where we ship

We ship to the countries listed in the country menu at checkout. If yours is not there, we cannot reliably deliver to it yet.

Customs and import charges

Orders outside the United States may attract import duty, VAT, or a handling fee when they arrive. Those are set by your country, not by us, and they are the recipient's responsibility. We cannot predict the amount and we cannot refund it.

Wrong address

We send orders to the address given at checkout. If it was entered incorrectly, email lilzib@lilzibsnook.com as soon as possible and we will change it if the order has not shipped. If it has already gone, we will replace it once you cover shipping again.

Lost orders

If nothing has arrived after 30 days in the United States, or 60 days internationally, email lilzib@lilzibsnook.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.
