This policy covers https://lilzib.lovable.app, run by Lil Zib LLC. It explains what we collect when you order, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email address, and shipping address. We need these to send you a CD and to email you about the order.
We do not collect or store your card details. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your card number goes directly to them without passing through our servers.
We also record which pages you visit and a random identifier stored in your browser. That identifier is not linked to your name and exists so we can count visitors rather than recognise people.
Advertising
We use the Meta pixel and the Meta Conversions API. When you order, we send Meta a cryptographically hashed version of your email address and location so they can tell us which advert led to the sale. Meta receives the hash, not the address itself. You can limit this in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and by declining tracking on iOS.
If you start an order and do not finish, we may email you about it. If you complete an order, we email you about that order and may occasionally email you about new music. Every email has an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing does not affect an order already placed. Our email is sent through MailerLite.

- Shopify and our fulfilment partners, to print and post your order
- MailerLite, to send email
- Meta, in hashed form, for advertising measurement
- Supabase, which hosts our database
We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years because tax rules require it. Unfinished orders are deleted after a year. Page view records are deleted after two years.
Your rights
Email lilzib@lilzibsnook.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the UK or EU you have these rights under the GDPR, and if you are in California you have similar rights under the CCPA. We will not charge you or treat you differently for asking.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us information, email lilzib@lilzibsnook.com and we will delete it.
